Highland Baptist Church began Operation Fair Haven to provide relief for victims of Hurricane Katrina in the form of food and lodging in the church gym. Now some who fled Rita are also receiving shelter. Many are giving of their time and resources to meet their needs. To volunteer to help, click Katrina on the main menu and complete the form.
