Sunday, March 2, 2008
“The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knows them that trust in him.” (Nahum 1:7 AKJV)

The Lord will see you through that tough time. He is good and He loves you.

Monday, March 3, 2008
“He has showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8 AKJV)

Are you meeting God’s requirements? God calls His people to be holy people.

Tuesday, March 4, 2008
“You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for you have created all things, and for your pleasure they are and were created.” (Revelation 4:11 AKJV)

You were created by God for God. Take time to praise and serve Him.

Wednesday, March 5, 2008
“A man’s pride shall bring him low: but honor shall uphold the humble in spirit.” (Proverbs 29:23 AKJV)

Pride destroys us while humility brings honor. Don’t be filled with pride. It will only hurt you.

Thursday, March 6, 2008
“But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33 AKJV)

This is a great verse to build your life upon. Honor the Lord and He will take care of you.

Friday, March 7, 2008
“The LORD your God in the middle of you is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over you with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over you with singing.” (Zephaniah 3:17 AKJV)

It is great to know the Lord as your Savior. He can really help now and forever. Do you know the Lord?

Saturday, March 8, 2008
“Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.” (Zephaniah 1:18 AKJV)

Money will do you no good on Judgment Day. You must be a child of God. You must repent of sin and receive God’s forgiveness. Only then will you be ready to meet God.

Sunday, March 9, 2008
“Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” (Habakkuk 3:17-18 AKJV)

God will give us joy no matter what our circumstances. Rejoice in the Lord!

Monday, March 10, 2008
“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain on tables, that he may run that reads it.” (Habakkuk 2:2 AKJV)

We don’t need pious platitudes. We need the plain and simple teaching of the Bible. People need God’s clear instructions for life.

Tuesday, March 11, 2008
“O LORD, I have heard your speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive your work in the middle of the years, in the middle of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.” (Habakkuk 3:2 AKJV)

We need an old fashioned revival in our world today. The Lord is our only hope.

Wednesday, March 12, 2008
“But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.” (Habakkuk 2:20 AKJV)

Where is the respect, awe and fear of God in our world? He is still on the throne and we must never forget it.

Thursday, March 13, 2008
“Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.” (Habakkuk 2:4 AKJV)

Are you placing your faith in the Lord? The way we live will truly tell us. Anybody can say the words.

Friday, March 14, 2008
“Therefore say you to them, Thus said the LORD of hosts; Turn you to me, said the LORD of hosts, and I will turn to you, said the LORD of hosts.” (Zechariah 1:3 AKJV)

Here is good news for those who have wandered away from the Lord. Is it time for you to return to the Lord?

Saturday, March 15, 2008
“How precious also are your thoughts to me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with you.” (Psalms 139:17-18 AKJV)

You are not forgotten. God knows your name and He is thinking about you.

Sunday, March 16, 2008
“Now therefore thus said the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. You have sown much, and bring in little; you eat, but you have not enough; you drink, but you are not filled with drink; you clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earns wages earns wages to put it into a bag with holes.” (Haggai 1:5-6 AKJV)

Leaving the Lord out of your life is costly. Honor Him and experience His presence and blessing.

Monday, March 17, 2008
“Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. His breath goes forth, he returns to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.” (Psalms 146:3-4 AKJV)

Men come and go. God is eternal. Put your trust in Him.

Tuesday, March 18, 2008
“Happy is he that has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God: Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keeps truth for ever:” (Psalms 146:5-6 AKJV)

People are blessed who know and serve the Lord. Are you looking for lasting happiness? Give your life to the Lord.

Wednesday, March 19, 2008
“I remember the days of old; I meditate on all your works; I muse on the work of your hands. I stretch forth my hands to you: my soul thirsts after you, as a thirsty land. Selah.” (Psalms 143:5-6 AKJV)

Take time to remember all that the Lord has done for you. We are the happiest when we are following after Him. Is it time for you to return to the Lord?

Thursday, March 20, 2008
“Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, said the LORD of hosts.” (Zechariah 4:6 AKJV)

God can do in a heartbeat what we couldn’t do in a million years. Money and power will not do the job. The Holy Spirit can do glorious things when we let Him lead.

Friday, March 21, 2008
“Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.” (Psalms 141:5 AKJV)

Quit listening to what you want to hear and hear what you need to hear. Listen to Godly counsel.

Saturday, March 22, 2008
And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives.  So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which takes away the life of the owners thereof.” (Proverbs 1:18-19 AKJV)

Greed does not prosper an individual, it destroys. Think it over. Be a giver.

Sunday, March 23, 2008
“I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.” (Psalms 3:5-6 AKJV)

You can sleep well when you are in God’s hands. It is wonderful to know the Lord.

Monday, March 24, 2008
“But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4 AKJV)

Life is more than physical sustenance. We are spiritual creatures and we need the Lord and His Word to fill our empty hearts.

Tuesday, March 25, 2008
“And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.” (Genesis 6:3 AKJV)

Don’t put off that commitment to the Lord. You may not have tomorrow. Do it today.

Wednesday, March 26, 2008
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” (Proverbs 1:7 AKJV)

All truth has its foundation in the fact that there is the God and we are living in His world.

Thursday, March 27, 2008
“Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, Yes, has God said, You shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (Genesis 3:1 AKJV)

Satan’s ploy is to get us to doubt God’s Word. He is a subtle enemy of humanity. Beware. Put your trust in the Lord and His Word without question.

Friday, March 28, 2008
“Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law does he meditate day and night.” (Psalms 1:1-2 AKJV)

Do you want to be blessed? Walk with God. He will take care of you.

Saturday, March 29, 2008
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (Genesis 1:26 AKJV)

You are special. You are made in the image of God. He made you and He loves you. Follow Him.

Sunday, March 30, 2008
“And whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” (Revelation 20:15 AKJV)

Judgment is for real. Is your name in the book of life? You must commit your all to Jesus if you plan to go to Heaven.

Monday, March 31, 2008
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” (Revelation 21:4 AKJV)

Heaven is a wonderful place. Will you be there or will you be in Hell? Jesus is the only way to Heaven.

Tuesday, April 1, 2008
“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” (Matthew 6:24 AKJV)

You must decide to follow Jesus. If you don’t, you will be in opposition to God. Think it over and act today.

Wednesday, April 2, 2008
“Lay not up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust does corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust does corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:” (Matthew 6:19-20 AKJV)

The best investments are eternal investments. Make your deposit today and everyday.

Thursday, April 3, 2008
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” (Matthew 6:14 AKJV)

Forgiveness is a wonderful gift to receive and to give. Forgive others because the Lord has forgiven you.

Friday, April 4, 2008
“And if your right eye offend you, pluck it out, and cast it from you: for it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell.” (Matthew 5:29 AKJV)

Hell is a real place of eternal torment. Do what it takes to miss it. Give your life to Jesus. He will prepare a place for you in Heaven.

Saturday, April 5, 2008
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16 AKJV)

God’s people do good works in the power of the Holy Spirit. Let others see Jesus in you.
